    Reservations & Deposits:

    Your reservation is confirmed only after you make your deposit. One day tours: $25 per person; overnight tours: $50 per person; airline tours: $100 per person. You need to send your deposit within 2 weeks of making your reservation. Your deposit is refundable upon cancellation of the tour 3 months in advance. After that, it is ONLY refundable if we can replace you on the tour.

    Payment:

    We are able to accept your payment in the form of cash or check. Please make sure you mark your payment clearly so we know which tour to apply it to.

    Boarding Points:

    One day tours: Moline Quality Inn & Suites (formerly Hampton Inn); Overnight tours: Moline Quality Inn & Suites and Davenport Hampton Inn. Both hotels ask that you park further away from the building and save the closer spots for hotel guests.

    Departure Information:

    We'll send out a letter 8 weeks prior to departure on all overnight tours with departure and return times, passenger names, hotel phone numbers and your luggage tags. A postcard will be mailed out for all one day tours with departure and return timese, plus any further details necessary for the tour.

    Escorts:

    All tours are accompanied by an experienced escort who will assist in any way possible.

    Cancellation Insurance:

    This isn't mandatory on most tours, however we do recommend that you purchase it on longer tours. We can provide you information upon request.

    Seating on the Coach:

    In all fairness, there will be a regular rotation of seats as directed by the escort on all overnight tours.

    Disclaimer of Liability:

    Sunshine Luxury Tours reserves the right to make alterations to the itinerary for any tour as may be deemed necessary, and to cancel, if deemed necessary, any tour prior to departure.
