Early reservations are essential as space is limited. To guarantee your reservation, you must make a deposit of $25 per person on all one-day trips; $50 per person on all overnight tours; and $100 per person on all airline travel tours. The deposit needs to be made within 2 weeks of making the reservation in order to hold your spot. The deposit is refundable upon cancellation of the reservation up until 3 months prior to the tour. After that time it is refundable only if we can replace you. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.

We are able to accept your payment in the form of cash or check. Unfortunately we are not able to accept credit cards for payment. Please help us determine which trip your payment is for by marking your check accordingly.

All one day tours depart from the Moline Quality Inn (formerly Hampton Inn). All overnight tours will depart from the Moline Quality Inn and Davenport LaQuinta Hotel. Both hotels ask that you park further away from the building and save the closer spots for hotel guests.

A letter will be sent out 8 weeks prior to departure on all overnight tours. This letter will give you a departure and return time, a passenger name list, the hotel phone numbers, plus your luggage tags. On all one-day tours a postcard will be mailed to you 8 weeks prior to departure. It will give you a departure and return time, plus any further details you will need to know prior to the tour.

Smoking is not permitted on our motor coach. We do however make frequent rest stops. If you require a smoking room, you must let us know prior to departure so that we can make that request with the hotels.

All tours are accompanied by an experienced escort who will assist in any way possible.

This is not mandatory however we do recommend that you purchase it on our longer tours. We can provide you with information on purchasing insurance at your request.

In all fairness, there will be a regular rotation of seats as directed by the escort on all overnight tours.
